This is a sweet 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. It is a 1993 Carrington and will come unfurnished. The roof is 3 years old an is aluminum. Let's go on a tour and I will tell you about the updates as we go along.

Looking at the front of the home you have a nice long carport. I love the fencing that was put up along the driveway and you have a archway with a gate that will open to go out on the side of the yard. When you open the shed it's huge you have double doors on the back of the shed to drive a golf cart into. A smart car would also fit in the garage. You have the washer and dryer and plenty of storage space. On the back side of the home is a small patio and you have an awning that can be opened out to cover the patio if you wanted. It fits nicely against the home when not in use. There's also a cute bridge that goes over the creek in back of the home. Let's head into the home.

We will enter the home from the carport. Both doors on the lanai and carport are new. When we go in you have your dining room on the left. The flooring is tile which also goes into the kitchen on the right. The kitchen is very compact but mighty. It has a cook top stove and a convection oven/microwave. Double door refrigerator and dishwasher. Let's head out to the enclosed lanai. The windows on the lanai are 2 years old and are easily opened. There is pull down blinds all the way around. Great room for sure.

As we head back into the home I have given you another view of the living room and dining room. The living room and hallway has laminate wood flooring. As we go down the hallway your guest bathroom is on the right. There is a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom is next. This room is carpeted, has a standard closet. Let's head to the master bedroom. As we enter the bedroom you do have an extra set of closet and shelf space. There is also a walk in closet. As we head into the master bathroom you have a walk in shower. As we head back out and down the hallway I have given you another view of the kitchen and living room.
