Let's take a look at this great 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. It's a 1994 Fleetwood Sunc. The roof was replaced in 2006, the AC was replaced in 2011. This home will come fully furnished and is turn key ready. There is laminate wood flooring in the dining area, kitchen and hallway and carpet in the living room and bedrooms. The bathrooms have real tile with sub-flooring.

As we enter the home through the side door off of the carport the dining area will be on the left. This has a table and 4 chairs. Then you can see a view of the living room and the kitchen is on the right. In the kitchen you have a kitchen island that has storage on the bottom and to the right of that is your pantry. The refrigerator is 4 years old. There is also a glass top stove, microwave and dishwasher. The dishwasher has only been used once a year. As we go out of the kitchen and head into the living room the enclosed sun room is off living room. This has a table and 4 chairs. This is a really nice room for morning coffee.

As we go back into the living room I have given you another view and as we go around you can see the kitchen and dining area. Let's head down the hallway.
The guest bathroom will be on the right, you have a tub/shower combo. Behind the door is a storage closet or you can put your washer and dryer in there. There is a hook up for them. The bathroom is of normal size, as we leave the guest bedroom will be on the right. This room has a queen size bed. The closet is a standard size.

When we leave there we enter the master bedroom. Now this room is huge. It does have a queen bed in it now and you could go to a king bed if you wanted. There is also a good size walk closet. The master bedroom is right there, this one is also a good size. You have double sinks, lots of counter and cabinet space. Walk in shower.
As we leave the bedroom and head back down the hallway you come to the kitchen on the left then the living room on the right.
