If your a golfer this home is for you. This home is located on the golf course. Your back porch faces the greens. This home is a huge 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It's a 1987 Palm Harbor. You have a double carport. Your washer and dryer hooks ups are in the home and also in the shed so you have a choice of where you want to put them. The home is unfurnished except for the few pieces shown in the pictures. It does need a little tender loving care in some places but for the price you can have a grand home once you put your own spin on it.

When you enter the home is where the inside washer and dryer hookups are. There is a storage area on the right that can be used as a desk or folding table. When you turn right you enter a huge living room. There is an entertainment center with a tv that will go with the home. You have all vertical blinds in the Living room. This home has cathedral ceilings. The dining room is off of the living room. There is also armoire in the living room that will stay with the home,

From the dining room you have a door you can enter into the kitchen. This kitchen is a good size. You have a side by side refrigerator on the left, there is a microwave on the right. Your kitchen windows are towards the golf course which makes for a beautiful view. I just love the stove top which was purchased less than 2 years ago. It's mounted into the counter. There is alot of cabinet space in this kitchen for all your needs. You do have an eat in kitchen right there, however there is a desk sitting there now. You have another door that will enter back into the living room. However to the left as you leave that door is a huge storage area. It can be a pantry or really anything you want. As you can tell it has shelving and lots of room. There is a sliding door that will close for privacy.

When you leave the living room and go down the hallway the guest bedroom is on the left. It's really a good size and would fit a queen bed with not problem. You have an average closet.

When you leave the guest bedroom on the other side is the guest bathroom. This bathroom has a tub/shower. It's of average size.

As you walk down the hallway towards the master bedroom you have a linen closet one on each side.

As you enter the master bedroom you would be surprised at how much room you really have. King size bed no problem for this room. The closet is an average size.
When you go into the master bath to the right is where the garden tub use to be that was taken out and it gives it more room. You have a double sink, more storage space and a walk in shower.

The screened in back porch faces the golf course. It's a good size also and has a door leading out side to the back of the home.

You also have a shed. Nothing will stay in the shed. All items will be removed.

The lot rent on this home is $578.00 and will include water/sewer and trash. Lawn care is your responsibility.
